We understand that your order is important to you, and we will do our best to ensure that it arrives as quickly and safely as possible. However, please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. In the unlikely event that there is a delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated and informed.

Australia Wide

We have two delivery options available for our Australian customers.

Untracked / unregistered postage: $10 (best for those who are not concerned with tracking their package and are willing to wait a bit longer for their order to arrive. Please note that untracked postage can take up to 14 days to arrive and Feather and Clay cannot be held responsible if the package is lost in transit

Tracked / express postage: $15 (provides customers with a tracking number so that they can keep track of their package every step of the way. We recommend this option for those who would like to have more control over their delivery. Tracked postage can take 3-5 business days to arrive)

International

For our international customers, we offer international postage for $20. Please note that international postage can take up to 7-10 days to arrive, depending on your location.
