If you have received an item that is damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at featherandclay@outlook.com. To help us process your request quickly, please attach a photo of the damaged item along with your query. We will do our best to replace the item for you.

However, if you have simply changed your mind about a product, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. Please note that items cannot be returned if they have been worn or removed from their original packaging.
